Help - Trouble Shooting


Notification emails are not being received.
  • Check your Junk mail folders and spam folders for the emails. Your Junk and spam filters may need to be advised that emails from spot.first5minutes.com.au are legitimate.
  • Check that the trainees email address and other details has been entered correctly into the system

Can't login at spot.first5minutes.com.au
  • Check you have entered spot.first5minutes.com.au correctly
  • Check you are using Internet Explorer and NOT Firefox, Safari, etc
  • Check you have the right username and password
  • Check that you have Flash Player 9 +
  • Check that the trainees email address and other details has been entered correctly into the system

Trainees recieved unexpected reminder emails or system shows they have not completed training.
  • Check the trainees details and training status in the Manager Control Center, by logging in as a training manager.
  • Check for other trainees registered with the same email address. The trainee may have incorrectly used another trainees username and password.
  • Where trainees are registered with the same email address, trainees may opening other trainee's email notifications.
After logging in you are not able to view training or training freezes/locks up
  • Check that you have Flash Player 9 +
  • If you have firewall or web filtering software (eg WebMarshal) ensure that no traffic is filtered or blocked from spot.first5minutes.com.au. In particular, streaming multimedia must be allowed from spot.first5minutes.com.au
  • Close all your Web Browser windows, then try logging in again. Your training will resume from the last section you were on.
  • Try to login and complete your training on another computer.
